Checkmat Installation

We were engaged to install a Checkmat system at a client’s facility, completing the full installation safely and efficiently over three days. Conveyor modifications

We were engaged to modify an existing 600mm conveyor system, shortening it by one metre and relocating all upstream sections. As part of the works, we also installed a new one metre section in preparation for a future installation. Our team completed the full scope safely and efficiently in just two days.

Our client needed redundant overhead ducting removed from their production area. The ductwork was carefully dismantled in sections and removed through the ceiling, with the fans relocated closer to the oven to improve airflow efficiency. The old ducting penetration was then sealed and made good, leaving a clean, compliant finish.

We carried out a full mechanical overhaul of a KHS capper for our client. Works included replacing the top and middle bearings, removing and overhauling the drive gearbox, and a complete overhaul of the capping chucks. The gearing under the machine was also replaced and the machine fully re-timed. On completion, the capper ran production with no faults.
